Winkers ‘Pants That Blink’
Among many questionable trends running a muck right now, is one that is both a little cool and a little odd. To be honest, I’m not actually entirely sure if I like these or not.
They are called Winkers, they are various designs hand painted onto jeans. When you move, the motion makes the design ‘animate’. The designs range in price from just over $100, to over $500 seemingly based on the complexity of the design.

The Eyes, The Ducks,The Clap Boards,The Owl, Lion in the Jungle
According to the artist:
Winkers is a new business just starting up. We decorate pants, usually jeans, in such a manner that they WINK as you walk. That is, the crease between your buttock and the top of your leg WINKS for you.
They are definitely an interesting idea, and may just be interesting enough to be popular.
