Twelve Designers Debut on New York’s Spring 2010 Season
The Mercedes Benz sponsored Fashion Week featuring collections for Spring 2010 season is debuting seven designers and five more from the Argentinean Designer Collections.
The seven designers, according to Fashionwindows.Net include:
- David Elfin – known for his “androgynous and the suggestive” designs, classic and geometric prints.
- Cesar Galindo – an upscale boutique designer from Texas, who began assisting other designers in the 80’s before going solo.
- Erin Wasson – model turned designer, launched her womenswear collection in 2009 featuring the “surf and skate lifestyle”
- Vassilios Kostetsos- fashion designer from Greece who has been working in the industry since the early 90’s.
- Toni Francesc- designer from Catalan who has also already made his work familiar all over the world.
- Tory Burch – the person behind the famous brand of handbags, shoes and accessories. This is her first time to be launched on the Tent.
- Trias – the designer from France known for radical and modern, exaggerated but classic designs
The Argentinean designers, meanwhile, include its leading fashion savants like Benito Fernandez, Min Agostin and Fabian Zitta.
They will be presenting their work and masterpieces at Bryant Park this September 10-17.
