Trend Alert: Newbark Everyday Shoes

First, women went crazy over those colorful flip-flops in their artsy-fartsy graphic designs. Then their husbands, boyfriends and children went ga-ga over those slip-ons that look like garden boots. Then came those surf sandals that look like loafers. And now, this.
It’s been described as the “new everywhere shoe” and is made from hand-sewn patent leather. It does look comfortably soft and lightweight, you can roll the shoes up in it’s leather bag and have it with you at all times. But I am a bit turned off by the shape of it. It’s too pointy, like Santa’s Helper’s shoes!
