Katie Holmes to Design Scientology Uniforms?

It wasn’t surprising to learn Katie Holmes jumping the bandwagon of celebrities turned clothes designer, when news of her fashion line launch hit last week.
It is, however, so weird to know that Katie is even planning on coming up with a design for Scientology uniforms.
he line, Holmes & Yang, will not only feature clothes for average everyday wear, but Holmes is also reportedly working on designing Scientology uniforms and has been working with designer Richard Tyler for this. The uniforms are to be done in matching skirt and trousers, in black with scarlet red lining,
I guess I know nothing about Scientology at all because I really wonder — why do they need uniforms and where do Scientologist wear them?
