Nordstrom Launching “Twilight” Clothing Line

Several people were perhaps wondering what Nordstrom was doing at the recent Comic Con event. The high-end retail fashion store even had a live-tweet for this and Twilight stars led by Rob Pattinson led the entourage. What was fashion doing over there? Isn’t Comic Con usually an event celebrated for geeks?
Well, this is because Nordstrom is about to release their latest fashion collection in their department store. The new sets of clothes and jewelry take inspirations from Stephanie Meyer’s “Twilight” series, which has quite a strong following among comics and fantasy nerds…..and you can’t blame the high-end store for doing this. Surely, it would help boost store sales, what with the economy still recovering.
InStyle has a few sample collections you can check here, with one shirt featuring a “Team Edward” logo.
The Twilight clothes collection will be made available beginning October 1st to October 15th, just before the sequel, New Moon, is released.
