The Daily is reporting that Reed Krakoff, president and executive director of the Coach brand, famous for its leather goods, is developing a new signature line for the company. Sources say that the names “Reed,” “Reed Krakoff,” and “RK” were already registered with the United States Patent and Trademark office last February. Along with this, the brand name also had two design logos registered. The said line of products are meant to be for its new beauty and personal care line, e.g. toiletries, body soaps, body spray, scrubs and even pet products.

Coach, a valuable brand with beginnings in the 1940′s has taken in Reed Krakoff in 1996 to head its operations.

A spokesperson in a statement in 2008 did confirm that there are new projects in development as the company is focused on growth and expansion this year.
