Roberto Cavalli will Sell a Stake in Fashion House to Clessidra
The Fame designer Roberto Cavalli is selling 30% of Roberto Cavalli SpA to Clessidra! According to signed letter of Intent! If this deal goes through, the house could be worth more than $426.4 million. In the past Cavalli’s line was worth $1.43 billion. Due the crash of the luxury market, Robert loss a lot of money! What will Mr. Cavelli do after the deal? Well look for a C.E.O, of course! This may be a challenge due to Cavelli’s ego. If you have C.E.O experience and have your resume ready hold on to it.
Whether this deal will go through is shaky. Mr. Cavalli didn’t think his company and Clessidra would reach an agreement in the near term and he wasn’t sure that he wanted to sell his company. Only time will tell if this deal goes through!
Miley Cyrus and Max Azria are coming to a Wal-Mart near you
Max Aria ( on of my favorite brands) and Miley Cyrus are teaming up to create a teen/junior line at Wal-Mart! Yes, you read correctly, WALMART! The line will include tops, pants, graphic T-shirts and shoes, priced under $20. This is the best news since Isaac Mizrahi hit Target! Many teens and pre-teens are going to buy this line like there is no tomorrow. Miley Cyrus is a huge fan of Max Azria. As a matter of fact, Miley is wearing Max Azria on her tour. Guess who is sponsoring Miley’s tour. You guessed it, Walmart!
So if Maz Azria make a debut at Walmart, will BCBG loose its audience or expand it? Thoughts…
